Provide service to guests, and members alike as needed, from warm hearts to warm receptions, you create the experience. Also support with COVID-19 protocols.
The Embassy Ambassadors
Ushers/Greeters
Provide a welcoming smile and joyful hello! Offering facility guidance, COVID-19 protocol checks, and crowd-flow control, while supporting the needs of the service.
Table Attendant
Provide information, registration, and facilitation at all booths, serving tables, stands, kiosks, etc.
Safety/Security
Provide facility checks, perimeter surveillance, and safety by performing walk-throughs. Usage of inner-ear 2-way radios, and other electronic devices to communicate with the team in order to secure property and individuals, with prompt response to the safety team.
The Worship & Fine Arts Team
“The Founding Sound” Band
Are you a musician? Do you play drums, piano, keyboard, organ, guitar, or any other instrument? If you do, the band is always looking for volunteers or virtuosos to serve in worship! Audition Thursdays @ 5:30 pm by appointment!
Anointed Vessels Choir
Are you a soprano, alto, or tenor? Do you even know? How about are you just willing to sing? Because that’s all that is required to come out and join the choir, ages 15 and up.
Front-Line Worship
Do you have a ministry gift of singing or a keen ear for music and harmony, or would you like to develop your gift as a worship leader? Then how about auditioning for the front-line worship team! Sacred worship in song is a key element to leading the church into the presence of God.
Rachaph Company
Do you love to dance? Do you have a desire to express worship in a powerful interpretive way? If so, Then Rachaph Company is for you!

FCC Children’s Choir
Do you miss seeing children sing the praises of God in the sanctuary of the Lord? The Children’s choir is a great place to have your child learn to lift their voices to the the King! Accepting ages 5-10
Media Services
Production Team
Operate the sound board-mixer, microphones, pre-programming, and speakers/monitors. Responsible for all audio production in cooperation with the set musicians and communication team. Manage sound engineering for guest artists etc. Perform pre-service setup and post-service break-down.
Social Media/Content Team
Responsible for updating and or creating ministry relevant content on all social media platforms of the ministry. Following the prescribed update and content schedule set forth by the Director of Communications.
Photography & Videography
Utilize multiple cameras specific to the service need in order to record, stream services, “Go Live” on social media and websites. Pre-record church advertisements and promotions. Capturing stills, candid images, events, vignettes, etc. as directed by the Director of Communication for content.
Creative Arts & Print Media
This is a fabulous opportunity for you to create digital flyers, digital advertisements, graphic designs, logos, and other artistic media for the church. To also include working with administration to create other print media.
Deacon’s Ministry
The Deacon’s Ministry or Diaconate Ministry serves as a ministry support team for our local church. They directly support and assist the ordained Elders of the church. Deacons can assist with but not limited too; communion services, baptismal services, wedding ceremonies, funeral services, ordination services, and any other ministry service opportunity that may arise at Founding City Church. The Diaconate also supports our ministry by providing specified ministry duties at the direction of the senior pastor, and assistance during liturgical worship services.
*The Deacons Ministry is a ministry that requires ordination, and has an unique set of requirements and process. Potential deacons must be willing to go through an official ordination process.
The Five-Fold Ministry
The Five-Fold Ministry
The Five-Fold ministry exists to equip the church body for works of service in the new testament church (Ephesians 4:12). The idea is that each member of the church body has a role to play in furthering God’s Kingdom. When everyone is working together in their gifts and calling the Church is then able to accomplish much more than what any one person could ever do on their own. God’s heart is for all people to be saved and to come to the whole measure of the knowledge of truth (1 Timothy 2:4). If you are an official member of FCC, filled with the Holy Spirit, and in good ministry standing, and you sense the specific calling of the Lord to the office and function of apostle, prophet, evangelist, or pastor-teacher, then you should seek the guidance and instruction of Overseer Burton for next steps in this School of Ministry.
