Our Mission — Founding City Church

Founding City Church, Inc. is a nondenominational, multicultural, multigenerational, and contemporary church in the Battery Park Community of Barton Heights, Northside Richmond, Virginia.

Our mission is to build a body of believers and committed followers of Christ who worship God in truth and share the hope of Jesus Christ by ministering to each other’s needs, and any persons needing the saving Grace of God.

We seek to advance the kingdom of God through kingdom fellowship with other religious organizations, fellowships, and churches; however, we remain an independently governed ministry in polity.

FCC is a community church that ministers to the entire individual (spirit, soul, and body) by creating Christ-Centered worship experiences, programs, and agencies that develop, train, heal, and transform the lives of all people, to become everything that Christ has called them to be.
